NewPro 18: Match 2 Brad Smith vs Matt Stryker We shoot over to Ohio next where we find rugged heel Matt Stryker ready to take on a young "heel in training," Brad Smith. Stryker wastes no time working Brad into the ropes, where he relentlessly hammers, bends & chokes him. A couple of big slams later and Stryker starts to go to work on Brad's leg, which will become his focus for the majority of the match. Painful STF's, half crabs, bridging Indian death locks all punish Brad's leg until it looks like he's about to submit. However a very clever counter into a unique submission gain Brad a victory. The victory is very short lived though as Stryker goes right back to work on his advisee. Some painful corner work is followed up by a painful knee-bending hold using the ropes, which has Brad screaming for mercy. Mercy isn't in Stryker's vocabulary, though he does release the hold... Only to leg whip his opponent down to the mat. Stryker continues to pour on the punishment, thwarting every comeback attempt Brad comes up with. When Brad's leg is unable to support his own weight any longer, Stryker turns his focus to his back. A painful torture rack submission ends with a spinning neckbreaker.
