Nick wants to break the stereotype that he is just a referee. He hopes that competing in the next Iron Man match up against cocky heel Matt Gilbert will accomplish that. The only way to win this match is to have the most falls (pins, submissions, dq's, or count outs) by the end of the time limit. Nick out wrestles Matt early on in the contest, until a devastating low blow stops him dead in his tracks. Multiple submission victories are traded between the two, and the match is tied going into the final minute of the match. A fantastic back and forth multiple fall iron man match, with an even more spectacular finish!
